Graduation rates for cohort 2017 were released today (9/27). The view below shows the percentage of four-year graduates by school and district.
Overall, the district graduated 77.0% of its students in four years, an increase of 5.9 points from the 2016 rate of 71.1%.
Use the “Cohort Year” filter in the upper left-hand corner to see graduation rates from previous school years, and the “Subgroup” to see graduation rates for different student subgroups.
Cohorts are based on the year students first enter ninth grade. The graduation rate is the percentage of these students who graduate within four years, adjusting for transfers.
The “School Trends” tab displays changes in graduation rate over time, and can be filtered by school, subgroup, and year. The view below shows the change in graduation rates over time for Black, Hispanic, and White students.
